Our prices vary based on location. The single cleaning service is $249-$449 ($249 Olympia area, $449 Seattle area)
What’s the savings on the quarterly service?
A LOT! Our quarterly service provides 4 cleanings and covers you for the whole year. The prices for the quarterly service are $699-$1299, based on location.
Are our prices competitive?
Absolutely. Our prices are often half of what the larger chain companies charge, and lower than other local smaller companies.
What do you do when you clean my hot tub?
We completely drain and vacuum your hot tub, we also clean and detail the entire tub. We also clean your steps, pillows, filters, and the top and bottom of your hot tub cover.
Do you clean the top and bottom of the hot tub cover?
Yes.
Do you clean the filters?
Yes. And we recommend when you need to replace them, and let you know where to get them for the best price. (which is SpaDepot.com every time)
How long does it take to clean my hot tub?
Hot tub cleanings take between 1-2 hours, depending on the size of your hot tub, and your water pressure.
Do you clean commercial hot tubs?
We do not clean commercial hot tubs.
Will you refill my hot tub, and balance the chemicals when you’re finished?

We focus on customer service. We are a small company, which allows us to focus on all the important details. We schedule the cleanings when they’re due. We offer assistance though email, text or phone calls, whether you use our cleaning services or not.

Will I have to pay trip charges?
If you live in Olympia, Lacey or Tumwater, you usually will not have to pay any trip charges. The farther away you live from Olympia, the higher the trip charges.
If we sign up for your quarterly service, do we have to contact you to schedule the next cleaning?
No, we take care of the scheduling. We’re happy to call, text or email to schedule your next appointment. Whichever works best for you!
Do I have to be home for you to clean my hot tub?
No. We prefer to meet our customers when they first have their tubs cleaned, however it’s not necessary as long as we have access to your yard, a garden hose and electrical outlet.
Do I need to have the hot tub drained before you arrive?
No.
How do you drain my hot tub?
We use submersible pumps with 2” hoses to drain your hot tub quickly. We also have up to 100’ of hose to drain your hot tub in the best location possible.
What type of cleaners do you use?
We only use environmentally friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable, Safe Choice Certified cleaners.
Do you provide replacement hot tub filters?
Although we do not provide replacement filters, we can provide you with the best place to order them at the best prices! (which is SpaDepot.com every time)
